OUR PHILOSOPHY
We are passionate about helping each and every player achieve their goals and reach their potential through expert coaching in a fun, challenging, positive and professional environment in our version of the best possible fastpitch experience. Through the game of softball and by attracting and developing the top ND and Western MN players we ultimately aim to help our players learn, grow and develop into becoming better leaders on and off the field.
Registration fees include:
1. Pre-season winter camps - Sundays: February 2, 9, 16, 23 and March 1 at TRAC in Jamestown, ND
2. Weekly Practices starting week of June 1st, 2020 (date, location and time TBD)
3. 8 Tournaments including State and Nationals

ND Elite 18U Loses Lead Early in Defeat

DCC - 10
ND Elite 18U fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 10-0 loss to DCC on Sunday. DCC took the lead on a single in the first inning.
ND Elite struggled to contain the high-powered offense of DCC, giving up ten runs.
DCC got on the board in the first inning when Maycen Oneal singled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.
A single by Taya Hopfauf in the first inning was a positive for ND Elite.
Shelby Martin was credited with the victory for DCC. Martin lasted six innings, allowing two hits and zero runs while striking out 16 and walking zero.
Mataya Mortensen took the loss for ND Elite. Mortensen surrendered one run on four hits over three innings, walking zero.
DCC socked two home runs on the day. Martin had a four bagger in the fourth inning. Oneal had a long ball in the fifth inning.
Sophie Sparrow and Hopfauf each managed one hit to lead ND Elite.
DCC had 12 hits in the game. Martin, Oneal, Madison Davis, and Riley Arnold each managed multiple hits for DCC.
ND Elite Can't Catch up to DCB

ND Elite watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 16-12 loss to DCB on Sunday. DCB scored on a error in the first inning, a single by #5 in the first inning, a double by #6 in the first inning, a single by #8 in the first inning, a single by #9 in the first inning, a double by #6 in the second inning, and a groundout by #7 in the second inning.
ND Elite collected 13 hits and DCB had 19 in the high-scoring affair.
DCB took the lead for good with four runs in the second inning. In the second #6 doubled on a 1-1 count, scoring three runs and #7 grounded out, scoring one run.
ND Elite scored three runs in the sixth inning. The big inning was thanks to singles by Taya Hopfauf and Reese Hauck and by Daisy Sparrow.
Tori Olson toed the rubber for ND Elite. Olson surrendered five runs on seven hits over one inning, striking out one and walking zero. Logan Gronberg and Mataya Mortensen entered the game from the bullpen, throwing three innings and two innings respectively.
ND Elite tallied 13 hits. Mortensen, Hauck, Olson, Sophie Sparrow, and Hopfauf all had multiple hits for ND Elite. Hopfauf, Sparrow, Olson, Hauck, and Mortensen each managed two hits to lead ND Elite.
DCB tallied 19 hits on the day. #4, #6, #1, #8, #7, #2, and #9 all collected multiple hits for DCB. #4 led DCB with four hits in four at bats.
ND Elite Victorious over FM Ballyard Thanks to Third Inning Boost

A four-run third inning led ND Elite to a 7-1 victory on Saturday. Maddie Beuchert, Abbey Clark, and Hailey Boer each had RBIs in the frame.
FM Ballyard 18U got on the board in the first inning when Grace singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
In the bottom of the first inning, ND Elite tied things up at one when Logan Gronberg drew a walk, scoring one run.
ND Elite pulled away for good with one run in the second inning. In the second Dessa Bryant singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
ND Elite put up four runs in the third inning. Beuchert, Clark, and Boer each drove in runs during the inning.
Gronberg was the winning pitcher for ND Elite. Gronberg went three innings, allowing one run on two hits, striking out six and walking zero. Tori Olson threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.
Melana took the loss for FM Ballyard 18U. Melana surrendered seven runs on ten hits over four innings, striking out five.
ND Elite racked up ten hits on the day. Sidney Grendler and Boer each had multiple hits for N D Elite. Boer and Grendler each managed two hits to lead ND Elite.

Carlin was the winning pitcher for Iowa Titans. Carlin lasted four innings, allowing eight hits and four runs while striking out two and walking one.
Tori Olson took the loss for ND Elite. Olson surrendered six runs on five hits over two and two-thirds innings, striking out six and walking one.
Maddie Beuchert went 2-for-2 at the plate to lead ND Elite in hits.
Carly led Iowa Titans with two hits in two at bats. Iowa Titans was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Emma made the most plays with five.

ND Elite fired up the offense in the first inning, when Maddie Beuchert singled on a 1-2 count, scoring two runs.
Logan Gronberg took the win for ND Elite. Gronberg surrendered three runs on nine hits over five innings, striking out three and walking zero.
Lexi took the loss for Fusion Heat. Lexi went five innings, allowing eight runs on ten hits, striking out two and walking zero.
ND Elite totaled ten hits. Beuchert, Skylar Hinricher, and Hailey Boer all managed multiple hits for ND Elite. Beuchert went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead ND Elite in hits.
Jacey led Fusion Heat with three hits in three at bats.
Two ND Elite Pitchers Combine to Shutout Diamond Academy

ND Elite defeated Diamond Academy 2-0 on Sunday as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout.
The pitching was strong on both sides. ND Elite pitchers struck out eight, while Abby Rux sat down seven.
ND Elite opened up scoring in the first inning, when Logan Gronberg doubled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.
One bright spot for Diamond Academy was a single by Kenzie Dawner in the second inning.
Gronberg took the win for ND Elite. Gronberg allowed one hit and zero runs over three and two-thirds innings, striking out seven and walking zero. Dessa Bryant threw one and one-third innings in relief out of the bullpen.
Rux took the loss for Diamond Academy. Rux allowed five hits and two runs over five innings, striking out seven and walking one.
Maddie Beuchert led ND Elite with two hits in three at bats.
Dawner went 1-for-2 at the plate to lead Diamond Academy in hits.
Walk-Off Seals the Deal in ND Elite Victory over MN Starters During the Championship Game

A walk-off single propelled ND Elite to a decisive, dramatic victory over MN Starters, 12-11. The game was tied at 11 with ND Elite batting in the bottom of the eighth when Abbey Clark singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.
ND Elite was boosted by Dessa Bryant who went 4-for-4 at the plate. Bryant singled in the second, singled in the fourth, doubled in the fifth, and singled in the seventh.
ND Elite took an early lead in the second inning when Bryant singled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.
After MN Starters scored one run in the top of the fifth, ND Elite answered with one of their own. MN Starters scored when an error scored one run for MN Starters. ND Elite then answered when Shailyn Pachel lined out, driving in a run.
ND Elite scored four runs in the fourth inning. ND Elite batters contributing to the big inning included Tori Olson, Skylar Hinricher, Maddie Beuchert, and Logan Gronberg, all driving in runs in the frame.
MN Starters scored four runs in the seventh inning. The big inning for the Starters came thanks to doubles by Louisa and Brooke H and a single by Ty.
Gronberg pitched ND Elite to victory. Gronberg lasted five innings, allowing eight hits and six runs while striking out five and walking one. Bryant threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen.
#24 took the loss for MN Starters. #24 went two and a third innings, allowing two runs on four hits and walking zero.
KHartis started the game for MN Starters. K Hartis surrendered nine runs on nine hits over five innings, striking out six
ND Elite tallied 13 hits. Bryant, Pachel, Beuchert, and Hailey Boer all collected multiple hits for ND Elite. Bryant went 4-for-4 at the plate to lead ND Elite in hits.
MN Starters scattered 14 hits in the game. Maddie, Carly, H, Ty, and #15 all had multiple hits for the Starters. Maddie led Starters B with three hits in five at bats.

Jason has been coaching softball fastpitch for 13 years. This is his 4th year with ND Elite.

From Hutchinson, MN. Cora played summer travel ball with the Minnesota Rebels who took 1st at the Ringneck International Tournament for 18u, 2nd place at the NAFA nationals 18u, and 1st for Minnesota State 18u. She also played 4 years for Concordia College. Cora coached two summers for the Hutchinson Rec League 14u team as well as Moorhead Crush 16u and 14u. She is currently the Graduate Assistant for the University of Jamestown softball team.
